Are your vehicles equipped with first aid kits?

Not only are all of our vehicles equipped with basic first aid kits that are monitored and maintained monthly, or as required, all of our Vehicles are equipped with AED’s (Automatic electronic Defibrator)

Do you have DDA vehicles and does fitting a wheel chair reduce capacity?

We have 10 DDA vehicles in our fleet.

To accommodate 1 wheelchair place you will loose 4 passenger seats to fit wheelchair and guest.

To accommodate 2 wheelchairs (maximum) you will lose 6 passenger seats.

I.E. a 50 seat coach become 44 pax + 2 wheel chairs.

Are wheelchair passengers strapped in?

For the safety of our wheel chair clients and all other passengers onboard, all of our DDA buses and coaches are all fitted with tie down points and straps, to ensure wheelchair and passenger are all secured safely.

Do you have toilet equipped coaches.

Rockleigh Tours have 16 toilet equipped coaches in our fleet.

Are your vehicles Seat belted?

All our vehicles are seat belt equipped.

With over 50% of our fleet under 2 years old.

Can we have an early pick up or late return to make the most of our days charter?

Rockleigh Tours have enough fleet and flexibility that we can pick your group up and drop off at any time of the day.

Do Rockleigh Tours provide transport for Corporate Events, Weddings, Individuals, Airport Transfers, Cruise ship and port Transfers, School camps, Extended Charter, School runs, School excursions, Sports Shuttles, Swimming shuttles, Country Race and metropolitan race meets, Winery Tours etc etc.

The answer is a simple Yes, but we do it with passion, its not work when you love what you are doing. Our enthusiastic professional drivers will look after you from start to finish. Ensuring your day runs smoothly.

Do you have safari Trailers, Tents, and all cooking equipment?

Rockleigh Tours have 4 safari trailers, bedding, tents, and cooking gear for all your group needs.

We can fully cater with 1 of our fantastic trained cooks or you can self-cater.

Do you have self-drive Minibuses available?

We have an 18 seat Manual with tow bar and @ 24 seat minibus available.

You need to be over 25 and hold a minimum LR licence.

Can we tow our own trailer behind a minibus?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. but we do have multiple box trailers available for rent.

Do you have buses and trained staff for journeys to the snow fields.

All our buses are approved for the following mountains Mt Hotham, Falls Creek, Mt Buller, Mt Donna Buang, Mt Baw-Baw, Perisher and Jindabyne.

All vehicles are equipped with safety equipment for traversing all mountains, double diamond snow chains, grit, shovel, tarp, head torch, Snatching straps, equipped with 3 peak mud and snow tyres.

Safe driving plans and all drivers are monitored for Fatigue.

We have 14 fully trained licensed and experienced drivers.

What is Rockleigh Tours quoting, booking and cancellation policy and procedures.

All Charters, (bus hire) are all individually quoted based on your Needs.

i.e. seating capacity, toilet equipped, non- toilet equipped school bus, Double Decker,

Early start, Late return, Tolls, Airport parking or port charges.

Parks Victoria fees, ETC

You will receive an email quotation, (this is not a confirmed booking) you will then be required to confirm your booking via email or fax, verbal will only be accepted with an email follow up.

Once accepted you will receive an email confirmation,

The night before your charter you will receive a confirmation with your drivers details and contact number. We can also provide you with a link to track your coach.

If you are a non-account customer, to book and hold a quotation a 15% deposit is required, full and final payment is required minimum 14 days prior, If extended charter this is 45 days prior.

Should you wish to change or cancel a charter booking, 7 days prior (if we have capacity to change will not incur a fee) 48 hour change of date will incur an additional fee of $150, cancelation under 24 Hours will incur full charge.

Change of date(s) may also incur additional charges if we do not have capacity and now need to subcontract another company to help out.
