Day 1:(D) After an early start at your school the coach will depart for Canberra. Travelling the Hume Highway, we will make a stop for lunch (own arrangements) and continue to our accommodation for the next four nights.

Day 2:(BLD) After Breakfast and collecting our lunches we begin our tour of the Capital.

First stop is Mt Ainslie lookout to orientate ourselves to what lies ahead.

We visit:

• Electoral Education Centre
• Museum of Australian Democracy
• Parliament house

With luncheon the grounds of Old Parliament House. After Dinner, a night tour is included with a visit to the Telstra Tower on Black Mountain.

Day 3:(BLD) Our tour today will include visits to:

• Australian Institute of Sport
• National Capital Planning Display
• High Court of Australia
• The Australian National Gallery

Day 4:(BLD) Our last day in Canberra will include:

• The Royal Australian Mint
• The Australian War Memorial
• The National Science and Technology Centre

We will finish our time with the Embassies Drive Tour before returning to the accommodation and dinner.

Day 5:(BL) Homeward bound, time to relax and enjoy the journey home, with a picnic style lunch stop en route.

We would expect to arrive at school by approximately 6:00pm
